Encounters with Bears can have unfortunate consequences for both Bears and people. Workers in Alberta may find themselves in Bear country, and the time for wishing you had training under your belt is not when a Bear is looking you in the eye!

All workers in bear habitat should be aware of bears and receive training in preventative safety measures. Bear Awareness Safety Training gives workers the tools that they need to be empowered with information to make safe decisions when in Bear country.​
