All cancelled reservations are subjected to a one-day rental charge.
In order to avoid paying the full rental cost, cancellations have to be submitted 3 days (72 hours) in advance of pick-up time.
All rental cancellations MUST be made via phone.
We make sure all of our units are maintained and in good condition. If a unit needs service while in the field, we will arrange a replacement service.
If a customer has a credit card that covers rental insurance, or has transferable insurance, they have the option of transferring their insurance to the vehicle.
The customer will have to give proof of insurance at the time of rental. If you do not have transferable insurance, you’ll have to acquire one of our Collision Damage Waiver packages.
If for whatever reason, your Collision Damage Waiver or tire and windshield damage waiver is declined, you must assume full responsibility of the total cash value for the vehicle and any other charges resulting from damages that incurred during the rental period.
Monthly invoices will be delivered via email, starting on the day that equipment is picked up.
Customers are allowed to pay using the following methods:
Cash - Debit Card - VISA - Master Card
You must have a valid driver’s license in order to operate any of our vehicles.
All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas. If it isn’t filled upon return, a fee of $200 will apply.
Amount of KM
Vehicles are rented according to a fixed number of KMs per day or month. Any additional kilometers must be paid for by the customer.
If your business has been operating for less than 5 years, you require an inseminator to co-sign the rental/lease.
Driving Area Restrictions
Our rental vehicles must not be taken out of Canada.
Delivery and Hotshot
We offer free customer pick-up and customer drop-off within a radius of 20 kilometers of our Camrose location.
Fixed charges apply for 100 km and 200 km deliveries.
There is an additional $50 fee for after hour Hotshots.
In-Car Smoking Policy
Our rental fleet is 100% smoke-free.
If you or your passengers choose to smoke, you must smoke outside the vehicle.
A $250.00 cleaning fee will be added to your account if you or one of your passengers decide to smoke in the vehicle
Lease agreements will be required if you plan on renting for a period longer than 30 days.
All our units meet OH&S minimum standard for medical equipment (see equipment list with your unit)
Any equipment missing upon return is subject to 200% retail cost to replace.
A $2,500 down-payment is required in order to rent any of our equipment. For your convenience, we accept Visa and Master Card.
