The Red Cross Blended learning Program allows students to participate in an online lecture based program that runs through the main theory of First Aid, thus allowing for the majority of the course to be taught online at home at your own leisure with the second half being taught at our facility at a later date.

Can I take the whole First Aid Course Online? Unfortunately, No 

The main point of First Aid Training is to save lives, to do that you need to add some skills into the mix. What Blended Learning means is that your Online First Aid Course is taught “Half Online for Theory” and “Half in Class for Skills”.

Will my job site accept Blended learning Online First Aid training?Yes!

All First Aid programs through our facility come with a certificate of completion, the Blended learning Online First Aid is accredited through the Canadian Red Cross. This means that your certificate gained at the end of the program is fully accepted by all job sites and lease entry locations in Alberta.

How do I sign up?

Simply give us a call and we will register you in the next available class. Its that easy! 1(844)679-0111

Once you have completed the Online First Aid Theory Program print out your certificate of completion, bring it with you to your In Class First Aid course & we will lead you through the rest of the program.

Can this training be verified by my employer?Yes

The online component will issue a confirmation of completion certificate which is valid for 90 days. Completion of this online training will also appear in the user's profile and can be verified by their employer.

Participants will be required to complete the in-person training component within 90 days of completing the online component, after which they will be issued three-year certification.

Hopefully this will help provide you with a solution to continue certification at least for the short term.
